Service Description

An instructor will work with you, one to one and build up a tailor-made program to help you reach your personal goals, encouraging you to stay on track and help with advice and support. Whether you're new to the gym and just need someone to help build your confidence and get you started or someone that wants the support in taking their training to the next level.

Cancellation Policy

PT sessions cancelled within 24 hours will still require full payment and can not be rearranged. PT sessions can be rearranged within 48 hours at the instructors discretion. If a PT is missed, outstanding payments must be made before booking another session.
